Special Note Regarding "Meals Shipped to Your Door" products
"Meals Shipped to Your Door" shipments go out on the day indicated on the top left corner of the webpage or on the notice before the check out.
General ship out date for refrigerated items is Monday to Wednesday. The order will be shipped via UPS 1- or 2-Day Delivery with dry ice and ice packs.
Free refrigerated shipping over $70 for "Meals Shipped to Your Door" products is currently offered in select states (areas close to Northeast US) via UPS Ground 1 Day or 2 Days.
UPS Ground 1 Day Zone: CT, DE, MD, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT.
UPS Ground 2 Day Zone: GA, IL, IN, KY, ME, MI, NH, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV.
We ship to other areas at a higher shipping cost via UPS 2nd Day Air Or USPS Express 1 Day. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping to your area.

The package is shipped with NO signature required, and will be delivered in the same way you would normally receive other packages from UPS or USPS. However, You, or someone you designate, must be available to receive in person at the time of delivery OR collect the package on the same day of delivery (e.g. UPS driver leaves the package on the porch, garage door, etc. ) OR pick up from the post office or UPS store on the same day of delivery. We will send you tracking information to your email, so please look out for our email (check your spam folder). We are not able to guarantee the freshness of the package's contents if perishable items are left at room temperature for an extended period of time.

Your satisfaction is our goal. Every product we sell is hand picked by our team to ensure that you are receiving the best Korean products on the market. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please let us know. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
Because of the nature of certain products sold by CK Living, LLC, the following items are non-refundable:
- Frozen Food Packages
- Grocery Products and Perishables
- Gift Cards
- Gift Wrap
*Food Products - Products in this category may be returned if a defective or incorrect (due to our error) product was received.
*Cookware, Tableware, and Food Containers - Products in this category may be exchanged for store credit or a refund. Products must be unused and in new condition.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN
If you need to return an item, simply email us with your order number. You will receive an instruction via email with the return label. We can arrange a pick up upon your request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is a direct result of our error, such as incorrect or defective item, we will cover this cost.
- Refund Turnaround
- Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your method of payment to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER
If you need to cancel an item, simply email us with your order number. The order must be labeled as "awaiting fulfillment".
*Your order may be labeled as "partially shipped." In this case, only the unshipped portion of your order may be cancelled. If you cancel a "partially shipped" order, a refund will be issued for only the unshipped portion of your order.

We offer 4 different shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express Mail
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of a shipment.
- Our warehouse is located in River Edge, NJ, Fair Lawn, NJ and Fredericksburg, VA.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for handling and 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your shipping address (For APO/FPO addresses, estimated delivery time is 8-16 days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipping, we use USPS Priority International (6-10 days). Please ensure to check custom duties and import taxes for your shipping country.
International shipping may not be available for certain food and perishable products due to customs restrictions.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is shipped and leaves the U.S., it is beyond our control. Please check the tracking status regularly to receive updates. If the first delivery attempt fails, you must reschedule a pick up or delivery immediately. Generally, a package will be held in your country for only 2 weeks before it is returned to the shipper.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping cost for undeliverable mail (unless it is the direct result of our error).

"Meals Shipped to Your Door" shipments go out next Tuesday after the order is placed. (For example, an order placed on Wednesday, March 8 will ship out Tuesday, March 14.) Items will be shipped via UPS 1- or 2-Day Delivery with dry ice and ice packs. If Tuesday shipping is unavailable due to a holiday, shipments will go out on that Wednesday.
