Marinated Beef Bulgogi (Raw, Frozen)

One of the most traditional and iconic Korean dishes. The sweet and savory sirloin gets its depth of flavor from a long dip in soy sauce-based marinade.

  • Thinly sliced beef sirloin marinated and flash frozen (Raw)
  • Just thaw overnight in the fridge (or defrost in microwave) and pan-fry in 5-10 min
  • Shipped frozen with dry ice
  • Naturally gluten-free, NO chemical additives or preservatives
  • Marinated with Park family's traditional recipe

  • What's Included: Marinated Raw Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients: Beef (Sirloin), Water, Onion, Sugar, non-GMO Gluten-free Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt), Bosc pear, Green Onion, Mushroom, Carrot, Rice Wine, Sesame Oil, Kiwi, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Black Pepper.

    Contains: Soybeans.
Processed in a facility that also processes wheat and shellfish.

    Packaging: BPA-free plastic vacuum bag.

StorageAlways keep frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator the day before eating. Refrigerate any left overs immediately.

Best ByConsume within 2 weeks from the delivery date for best flavor. Once defrosted, consume within 2 days.

    Directions:
    1. Thaw the package by placing it in the fridge overnight.
(Or defrost in microwave.  Check every few minutes to prevent it from being cooked in the microwave)
    2. Pre-heat a non-stick pan on high heat.  (optional: add a little bit of oil to the pan.) Cook for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through.  For best result, cook only a handful at a time.  If you cook a large amount at once, it will produce much liquid and the meat will be boiled instead of grilled.  Do not overcook for tender texture.
