The complete bapsang package serves 2 people for 3 meals, or 1 person for 6 meals (3 main dishes - 2 dinner-sized servings each; 6 side dishes - 2 small dish servings each). Rice is NOT included in this package.
- Package includes 3 main dishes (2 servings each) and 6 side dishes (2 small side dish servings each).
- All items are made fresh and then frozen for shipping.
- All dishes are fully cooked and frozen. Just defrost and follow the reheating instructions on the label.
- No chemical additives. Most dishes are naturally gluten-free.
- Made with Wholly Gochujang, Doenjang or Ganajng (premium gluten-free), naturally fermented by Artisan Uk Kang.
A Note on Serving Sizes: Each main dish comes with two servings. The side dishes are served in smaller portions, but are meant to be shared among 2 people for 3 meals, or 1 person for 6 meals.

1st Main Dish
Beef Bulgogi 소불고기
One of the most traditional and iconic Korean dishes. The sweet and savory sirloin gets its depth of flavor from a long dip in soy sauce-based marinade.
Galbi, Beef Short Ribs 갈비
Marinated beef short ribs are a staple of Korean BBQ. Our soy sauce-based recipe has a long marinating time to ensure deep flavor when cooked. One bite and you'll know why an eat-with-your-hands dish is considered luxurious.
2nd Main Dish
Spicy Chicken Bulgogi 닭불고기
Chicken that packs a punch! The boneless dark meat is juicy and flavorful. The dish's heat comes from gochujang, a hot pepper paste, that's balanced by a touch of sweetness and the umami king — soy sauce.
Braised Chicken, Jjim Dak 찜닭
Chicken Stew 2.0. Chicken drumsticks are simmered bone-in to add greater depth of flavor to the potatoes, carrots, and perfectly chewy glass noodles. Robust, sweet, and savory — with just a hint of spice.
3rd Main Dish
Nakji Bokkeum, Spicy Stir-fried Small Octopus 낙지볶음
Fresh octopus stands up to the heat of gochugaru (Korean hot pepper flakes). The addition of fish sauce pumps up the umami volume and adds a deep savory note. If you love seafood and spice, this dish is for you.
Spicy Pork Bulgogi 돼지불고기
The gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) is central to this recipe's heat, but the addition of ginger prevents the pork from tasting too gamey when cooked. The savory, spicy result is sure to convert even those who usually prefer chicken or beef.
Pan-Fried Flounder 가자미구이 (Coming Soon)
Light and flavorful flounder is braised with a soy-sauce based, slightly sweet sauce.
YUMMY side dishes are:
1. Pan-fried Anchovies, Myeolchi Bokkeum 멸치볶음
Sweet and salty at its best. These tiny, crispy anchovies have a more subtle fishy flavor once cooked. A little bit goes a long way, but the salty bite is a welcome punch of flavor during your meal.
2. Seasoned Dried Shredded Squid, Ojinguhchae-muchim 마른 오징어채 무침
A unique, spicy seafood dish with great texture from the dried squid. The spicy gochujang (hot pepper paste) is tempered by the mulyeot (Korean malt syrup).
3 .Pan-fried Fishcake, Eomuk Bokkeum 어묵볶음 *Contains wheat
A protein-packed, flavor-packed side. Soft, mild fishcakes are sautéed with vegetables and dressed with a mild soy sauce-based sauce. A hint of sweetness rounds out the dish.
4. Chwinamul Muchim, Aster Scaber 취나물 무침
Chwinamul has a complex, bittersweet flavor that's enhanced with the addition of soy sauce and sesame oil. The earthy vegetable offers a mild and mellow break from the heat.
5. Braised Black Soybeans, Kongjaban 콩자반
Salty with a sweet kick, our braised black soybeans are packed with protein. The rice wine adds a depth of flavor that takes "a side of beans" to new heights.
6. Braised Lotus Root, Yeongeun Jorim 연근조림
Texture of beautiful lotus root is a welcome surprise, and the sweet and salty braise gives it a delicious complexity. Perfect way to try an exotic vegetable.
